Editorial Policy

IntelliTechs exists to explain technology in a clear and trustworthy way. This page sets out the rules every piece of content follows.

How we pick stories

We follow dozens of technology sources from around the world, including specialist sites, official company blogs and news outlets. We prioritize stories that change something for readers: a new phone feature, a price increase, a new rule in an app, a scam that is going around.

We also publish practical guides on the questions people search for most, such as setting up a device, fixing a common problem or understanding a technology.

We do not publish content about party politics, breaking into accounts or piracy.

How we check facts

  • Every piece of information comes from recognized sources, which are always credited with a link at the end of the article.
  • Numbers, prices, dates and quotes only appear when they are in the sources we consulted.
  • Rumors and leaks are labeled as such (“according to site X”, “not yet confirmed”).
  • When sources disagree, we report only what is consistent across them.
  • We do not copy other outlets. Every article is written from scratch, with context and explanation.

Use of artificial intelligence

IntelliTechs uses automation and artificial intelligence tools to follow sources, draft articles and create featured images. This work follows editorial rules set and overseen by our editor-in-chief, Clóvis Eduardo Escarabelin, and goes through automated quality checks before publication.

Featured images are illustrations generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real photos of the products or events.

Corrections

Mistakes are corrected as soon as we find them. When a correction changes the meaning of a piece of information, the article shows its update date. If you spot an error, email contato@intellitechs.com.br with the article link.

Advertising and independence

The site is supported by ads. Advertising does not influence which stories we cover or what articles say. Sponsored content, if any, will always be labeled. Affiliate links, if used in the future, will also be disclosed.
